  What services do you offer?
We do a variety of cutting/styling techniques for curly hair and all textures... Whether you have curly hair, transitioning out of your relaxer, or enjoy silkening out your curls, we do what works for you and your hair
Curly Cuts, Rod sets, Thermal Silkening, Fingerstyle, two strand twist, shingling, coils, flat-twists, straw sets, colors, hi-lites and much more!

We have Sew in and Crotchet Braids services as well.


  Your website says you specialize in curly hair. What does that mean?
We specialize in every hair-care product that you can think of also many cutting/styling techniques in the industry We are for ALL textures: wavy, curly, coily, kinky, transitioning, natural and relaxed hair.


  Cutting hair ,curly or straight?

DO WE BLOW  DRY OR STRAIGHTEN HAIR BEFORE CUTTING?


We cut curly hair curly.
We don’t have the need to straighten curly hair that’s worn curly.


What forms of payment do you receive?
   We take cash, debit cards, and credit cards.


What products do you use/carry in your salon?

  Deva Concepts, Jane Carter Solutions, Urbanbella, Paul Mitchell, Design Essentials, Camille Rose, Pravana, Kera care, and many more.


  Can my friends/family wait in your salon during my appointment?


Due to limited seating, we kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment.


  Can I bring my child to my appointment?
For everyone’s safety, we kindly request that our guests make childcare arrangement for children due to limited space Your child may visit our salon if they have an appointment.
  Do WE accept Walk Ins?


We do take same day appointments and walk in when  time is available.


  How do I book an appointment?
All of our appointments (first appointment and repeat appointments!) require a credit card number on file to hold your appointment.

We will not charge your card unless you do not show up to your appointment or if you do not give us at least a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. If you do not show up to your appointment or do not give us at least a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule, your card will be charged 60 % of the services you booked for .
This fee will go directly to your stylist to pay for the time they blocked out for your appointment. We always send an appointment reminder in advance, and you do have 24 hours to cancel or reschedule.
  What if I can’t make it to my appointment?


  Any appointment that needs to be rescheduled, require a minimum of 24 hour notice as a courtesy to your stylist and to other clients who may want to take your appointment time. If you do not give a minimum of 24hour notice to reschedule, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Amount of the fee is based off of the services you booked for your appointment.


  FOOD AND CELL PHONES?


We Have a Seating Area on The Mezzanine For Phone Conversations if Weather Permits.


  Why do you charge fees for not showing up to your appointment?


The fees are to cover the appointment lost. Without proper notice, we are unable to offer your appointment time to someone else who wanted it.

Our stylist constantly have a full schedule and have a waiting list of clients wanting your appointment time. Unlike other salons, we do not double book our stylists. We book the amount of time needed for your requested services and everyone else wanting your appointment time is placed on a waiting list.


  What if I don’t feel comfortable using my credit card over the phone?
     
No problem! Simply stop by our salon and book your appointment in person. If you prefer to not leave your credit card information, you may pay a deposit (in cash, credit which will be applied towards your scheduled service. This deposit will be forfeited if you do not show up for your appointment or if you do not give us a minimum of 24 hours to cancel/reschedule an appointment.
  Do you offer consultations?


Complimentary consultations come with our appointments.


Grace period for appointments?
There is no grace period please be on time for the appointment
Being on time is very important to keep your stylist on schedule
Every 10 min your late makes us 20 min off our schedule
Everyone suffers
Late appointments may be subject to a change in services and or re scheduling.
